2,weld design,this is the old traditional one to meet your specific needs
B;pre-treatment,which is the first importance for the stick of surface
powder,then a big affect on the anti-rust property of fence/railing panel
which we cooperate with Shanghai Tongji University to give u quality
promise
C;powder coated:with AkzoNobel 2-layer powder coated,the coating line
imported from Germany Wangner Group,we are NO1 in the fence/railing
coating industry in China,can show u the Salt-Spray Test Report enssued
by AkzoNobel Group 100% inspection before package and delivery,which u
can get,our power coated fence/railing salt-spray test result.
D;Test
100% inspection before package and delivery,which u can get,our power

after a 2000 hours in the Moisture and Salt environment,there is no obvious
peel off and rust point on pipe surface.

Technology Procedure - Four layers surface coating treatment:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;
2. Phosphate conversion coating: Promote adhesion between steel and
coating film;
3. External surface primed coating: Provide long-lasting, anti-impaction and
anti-corrosion;
4. Polyester colorful coating: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self
cleaning.

orders, we guarantee most accessories. Provided emails with details including pictures
or short video, we will send guide manual or replacements at our cost to repair.
7:Can I visit you?
Sure, we are near to Shanghai airport, about 90 minutes' drive. If you would like to visit
our factory, please contact us to make an appointment.
8:How can I know how my order is being done?
We will inspect and test all items in order to avoid damage and missing parts before
shipping. The detailed inspection
pictures of the order will be sent to you for your confirmation before delivery.
